Affirmation cards are encouraging and positive. You may remember the old desk calendars,

where each new day provided a positive saying. These are similar only in card form and more

user friendly as you can use them time and time again.

Affirmation cards usually contain a short phrase or statement, often in the first person. They are

easy to remember and repeat.

Affirmation cards are a powerful tool we can use to help re-set a positive mindset. By repeating

positive and encouraging first person statements daily, we re-set our outlook, helping to increase positive

mental health.
