Service Description
As part of the Wellness and Health Seminar during the SENSE-ational Aireys Festival. Join this uplifting emotional wellbeing session to learn practical tools for protecting your energy and strengthening emotional resilience. We all have different moods and emotions at different times of the day. Some of these are positive and some are negative. Sometimes, some of the negative feelings hang around and we are not sure why. In this workshop, we will explore some different tools to protect yourself from negative energy and feelings in turn helping to build resilience. Enjoy a guided meditation, actionable techniques, and meaningful group discussion. Suits ages 15+ and adults In this mindful workshop, participants will be guided through a short meditation and breathing activity before exploring a range of tools for protecting your energy. By understanding some of our reactions to internal and external factors, we can begin to put in place ways to change our reaction. This workshops is suitable for all ages from1 5 and over including adults, from beginners to advanced. No experience is necessary. This session is perfect for those who would like to build resilience and understand their emotions. Advance bookings are recommended for these sessions as numbers are limited to 10 people.
