Service Description

The timeless art of meditation has been practiced since ancient times. Through meditation, a person can overcome anxiety and depression and find a place of calm and relaxation. Start the week with a meditation to set you up for the week ahead. Start meditating to discover yourself. Meditation is the calmest way to bring out what's inside. When you find peace within yourself, you become the kind of person who can live peacefully with others. Each session you will be guided through a meditation by Julia. Please wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring a blanket, cushion (or two, one for your head and one for under your knees), yoga mat and water bottle. Benefits of meditation are believed to: - increased awareness, clarity, compassion, sense of calm - improve focus - help to ease psychological symptoms of depression, anxiety, and pain related stress. - Improved mental resilience - Helps relieve stress. Reduced stress can help lower blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen consumption - help change our mindset and perspective - helps to move towards a more positive mindset
