Service Description
Mindful Painting for Stress Relief is a workshop that provides a safe, supportive and empathetic space to create allowing you to process the emotions and stressors of your week. In this fun and mindful workshop, participants will be guided through a short meditation and breathing activity before exploring and releasing the pressures of life by playing with shape, colour, and paint. By connecting to emotions, it sets participants on a path to start to recognise how their emotions affect them emotionally and physically. This workshops is suitable for adults. No experience is necessary. This session is perfect for those who would like to explore their creative side while helping release stress. Advance bookings are recommended for these sessions as numbers are limited to 8 people.
