Hand building clay workshop. Shosh has a passion for making sculptures from the Earth, created with the intention to feed the deep roots of your soul and nourish your heart. Her art is inspired by the female form and her diverse shapes and sizes, Mother Earth and her bounty of creatures, nature spirits, sacred practices, and rituals. Each piece is a unique mud being, licked by the fires of transformation. It is her desire for them to adorn your homely spaces and to be portals of spirit to remind you of the magic that surrounds and lives within you. Expect Yogi mummies, prayer bowls, tree spirits, boobies and the unexpected. From her heart and hands to yours… it’s 'Something by Shosh'. Shoshona guides participants to create their own Yogi Mummi clay sculpture. This workshop is tactile, fun and empowering. The 5-hour workshop will give you lots of time to be guided by Shoshona, to experiment and ultimately develop a new skill. The workshop will be held at the aah art and healing studio shop on the Great Ocean Road in Aireys Inlet, Victoria. The workshop is for all level of artists, beginners and beyond. No knowledge required, just a passion to learn & experiment. Enjoy a conversation with Di Gillett over lunch. Di is the producer and host of the Power of Women Podcast. She is an entrepreneur, a workaholic who loves what they do, and a business woman with over 30 years’ experience as a headhunter. Di is someone who likes to question things, a devotee of all things style & fashion and someone who is renowned for saying what they really think.
